Located in the Bromo Tower Arts and Entertainment District, Four Ten Lofts was established in 2021 with the aim of providing permanent affordable housing for artists and creatives. In addition to the gallery space, Four Ten Lofts offers a spray booth, sound rooms, an artist’s workroom, community event space and a spacious courtyard to complement several different unit types. Contact fourtenlofts.com for more information.

In 2024 Maryland Art Place (MAP,) a 43-year-old, neighboring, not-for-profit, partnered with Four Ten Lofts assisting in the management and production schedule of Gallery 410 and its corresponding community spaces.
